Welcome Back Dolmen Festival

By: Nokomo

I've been a part of the Gaiscioch community for a few months now, but I finally participated in my first event today. I was leveling in Stonefalls when there was a call to clear the dolmen (dark anchors) in the area. I've always enjoyed clearing dark anchors, but it is significantly more difficult with only a few players. Besides that, I really wanted to get to know some of the people who had been so nice to me during my brief time playing ESO a few months ago. After a brief wait, we had a few people together in a group and ran to the first dolmen. The group cleared the first three anchors with ease, and with each victory a few more people seemed to follow along. At first I thought my level would be too low to continue on with the event, but the higher level players assured me that I would be able to survive as long as I stayed with the group. I hesitated for a moment and then decided to give it a try. We passed through each area, destroying the dark anchors as we went; I didn't die, and while I wasn't able to do much, I felt like I was a part of the group. In a short time, my group helped me to get the achievement for clearing all of the Pact anchors, in addition to achievements for some of the rare fights. I had a blast and I look forward to doing more with the Gaiscioch family.
