AvA Home change????

I am sure people have been thinking the same thing but is there any chance we might switch our home campaign to one with more population or atleast one where we are the under dogs.  I know it is a little early to tell, I know that the buffs we have help a tiny bit during leveling, and I know it would cost AvA points.  However, the map is almost always Red except for the keep swapping by the Blue during Ocenanic times which leaves to guesting and actually picking a weekly guesting zone....which does nothing for our AvA points.  Just a question.

You can always guest, which provides Alliance points, just not ranking. Ranking only really counts if your pushing for Emperor. We've been guesting in Skull Crusher as a guild, like we did for last nights event, and it seemed like a competitive campaign.

If you look at AvA events on the calendar they will tell you if it is at home or where they are guesting for it.  This past week they were guesting to another campaign instead of going to the home campaign.

Don't mess with Mama Bear, I might hug you too tight. =D

The benefit of having Hopesfire as our Home is that we gain all the buffs from having the scrolls and the keeps in all that we do. We have the freedom to Guest anywhere without the cost of Alliance Points and help out the other campaigns that are struggling.

During the week Daggerfall does do some damage in Hopesfire but usually by the time prime time rolls around they've been pushed back to their triangle of keeps which is where we want them. It's my hopes by making our big events over on other campaigns we can both help out other campaigns and help the DC and AD on Hopesfire gain a leg to stand on. Beating them into submission won't help anyone. I do have a forum post outlining each week which Campaign is our official destination to help them for the week. If life on Hopesfire is dead feel free to guest over to that campaign and lend a hand.

Right now our focus is getting people familiar, building our name in ESO, and getting people leveled up. After the first 90 day campaign we will likely go to one of the places we visited if Hopesfire doesn't liven up. But for now we will stay with hopesfire so everyone can enjoy the buffs that come with it to make leveling easier. It also allows people to explore the terrain without being constantly ganked or farmed.

Note: You still earn alliance points while guesting. You just can't be emperor or gain the buffs from that campaign.

Oceanic seems dead for Ebonheart Pact over all at the moment.  From what I have seen over the past two weeks Auriel's Bow has high AD Oceanic and Wabberjack has high DC Oceanic.  I'm yet to see any Ebonheart Oceanic presence at all.   Time will tell, I'm in no hurry to get out there during oceanic time because there just isn't any action and when there is it's usually a small group of VR10's taking scrolls back.  Last night I watched a small group of AD take all of our scrolls and there was nothing we could do because the four people from our Alliance that did show up, had absolutely no chance against VR10's.  For that reason, I'm just going to continue chilling out and doing PvE until I hit VR10.
