The way this works is the leader can kick them off any time and an officer can do so if there are FOUR officers on.
My definite times of play will mostly be start at 8PM EST (except Monday's which will be later) until I go to bed which can range as early as 9:30 and usually no later than 11pm depending on when I have to get up the next day.
Quite often I am on the game in afternoon's as early as 1pm EST, but may be afk fishing a lot while working on novel editing and such.
We can do FIVE every 24 hours per my understanding and they reset at midnight UTC/ 7pm EST/ 4pm PST.
There is usually a 10 minute delay between ending one and starting the next.
I usually give a heads up so people can do inventory and energy checks or even swap toons to join in.
INFO ON QUEST TYPES
Supply - any level of guild can do these and the size options are random and will be restricted by guild size.
Trade - requires a minimum of trade skill of Skilled 5 or better - not sure if everyone doing it needs this or a minimum, but we do know it hasn't worked for one of the alternate guilds with no one of this trace skill level.
Subjugation - most of the fighting quests have mobs about level 45
