Arger over at Tamriel Foundry has had the forethought to get together a compilation of bugged Nightblade abilities including workarounds (marked in blue) where applicable.
I know I don't currently play ESO, but I do still follow it. These bugs were one of the primary reasons I chose to hold off on my subscription but that is beside the point. I am posting this here for those that don't follow other forums.
