Here is some info I found on the details of Enchanting runes.
Does anyone know good way to level enchanting? Or is it just making mounds of glyphs and dismantling them and making all over again or do you benefit if you exchange glyphs with someone and dismantle someone else glyphs?
What I do is find a partner that is my level and we craft any random blue runes with denata and the highest potency we can use then we exchange and break down. I've gotten it up to lvl 37 currently like that but it's a long process unless you start buying runes. They aren't too expensive if you can usually get denatas for about 200g if you use zone chat and link the denata run people usually turn up to sell.
I've had kind of a hard time finding the blue circle runes... or any circle runes for that matter, for some reason I've only ever found them from breaking down other runes... I'm really interested in the craft but I hesitate to put any more skill points into enchanting because of it, i just keep finding nothing but white square and rhombus ones.
That's funny Kiba, I can't find square runes. Sounds like we need to team up lol.
From my experience the rarity of these runes goes from highest being aspect then potency then essence
It's very disappointing when you find a aspect rune in the vr areas and its only a Ta lol
Luckily once you hit vr1 the potency runestones will give you rank 6-7 stones which you can use to easily decon till 40+, you probably dont need to work with potency 8+ until level 45+ Im guessing if that
Enchanting....the bane of my ESO crafting existence *sigh*.
Yesterday I got really, really frustrated with Enchanting so I am glad I came across this thread. I am a level 18 character wise but only 9 Enchanting wise. Deconstructing glyphs doesn't seem to give me the bump I am needing either. What I am ascertaining from this thread is you can't really level enchanting until after say level 30 character wise? So should I not stress about crafting till then? Thanks.
Well, my character is level 20 and my enchanting just hit 12, and I can make level 20-30 runes, so I wouldn't say a level 18 character with 9 in enchanting was useless - you can (or will be able to shortly) make runes you can wear.
But I agree leveling Enchanting is tough! I decon any runes I find out in the wild, no matter how awesome they seem. Plus I've done a little bit of trading to decon. But it does seem slow.
Oh Wait - you can deconstruct Runes? I thought it was just glyphs!
