Hel Ra after raid report 8/23/15

Sorry for the delay in posting this after raid report. I was stumped at how to move this event forward and where should we be going. Not going to blame anyone group - not left or right, dps heals or tank, we as a group are missing something and I am not sure what it is. So with that in mind Sundys Hel Ra event is going to be a training event.  We need to be able to gage what the groups and individuals dps and what are heals are. So to help find this out we will be picking a dungeon and going and killing the boss to get your dps number - goal is for everyone to have at least 8000 dps. If you do not have this then our goal is to help you get there. Health at least 20,000 with pots or food. I would like all of the Hel Ra group to be there and also anyone who wants to be an alt.

Once we have this baseline them we will work together to improve so that we will be able to do all the dungeons. Continue to practice your interrupts and executes.

FTC-Foundry Tactical Combat, can be added through the Minion add-on manager.  You can disable all parts except DPS meter if the scrolling bothers you.  Make note of the DPS recap hotkey to get a good idea of where your best DPS is coming from.

ah, a recap button.  Hmm, I think I've missed that on my FTC.

I've figured out with heals Bri kicks butt, not so much DPS.  I do know some fixes I'm doing as soon as the expansion comes out that should help the DPS side.  I'm waiting until after the patch only because it changes enough stuff that I will need to change things up.  For one, Nord health is getting a huge boost which means I can change out stuff boosting health, to boosting even more magicka.  I also need to check out upping my spell power because that will help with healing just as much as any DPS.

Not bad with interrupts and blocking, though I have to admit it varies depending on how the MS is impacting the hands at the time.
