General guild store etiquette question

Instead of vendoring items I have been placing green and blue items I can't use in the guild store for guildies to purchase.  I don't change the default value the game places on the item.  However, I do see a few guildies significantly mark up the price on items.  I really don't have an interest in making much money in game...just enough to cover repairs and and an occasional desired upgrade.  So, the question is what's a fair price to charge for items?  I'm perfectly ok to keep doing things the way I have in game.

Fair is whatever someone else is willing to pay. I usually only bother selling recipes since I craft and break down everything else.
