Ok so if you haven't guest by now I've been trying to find a way to make the vampire line work with the regular class lines. And I think I might have done it. This is a combination of different builds that I found online when I was searching Vampire builds which all gave me ideas to flesh out mine. Now before I start this build is mainly a solo/small group AvA roaming build. It can work in PVE with some skill changes, but I have not fleshed out the PVE section of the build.

Races.

Any race will do, I picked Dunmer that way I don't have to dedicate one slot at least to fire resist to off balance the Vampire weakness.

Health, Magicka, and Stamina.

I'm going to be putting all 49 points into Health and enchanting my gear to make up for the rest. Reason why I'm doing this is because you will need the extra health in PVP. Even though you are off setting the fire weakness of being a Vampire, fighter guild abilities will still hurt if you fight someone who is using them. Especially the Fighters Guild Ultimate. It will destroy you.

Enchants, gear, and the Mundus Stone.

Gear - Since this build is about DPS and burst for PVP, even PVE will be based off burst, I'll be using 5 medium armor with all bonuses and 2 light armor with bonuses only in Magicka regen, Ability cost reduction, and spell resists. For traits on your gear when crafted we want to craft Major pieces (Chest, Head, and Legs) with Infused (increase to enchant strength) and minor pieces (gloves, belt, boots, and shoulders) with Divines (Increases Mundus stone Bonus). The reason I am doing this is because the minor pieces only give about 25% of the full enchant. So to put infused trait on the minor pieces is some what a waste in my opinion.

Enchants - My gear will be enchanted with all + magicka and magicka regen. Once I overcharge in magicka and magicka regen I'll be putting enchants into Stamina and Magic ability reduction. This build is very Magicka heavy in abilities.

Mundus Stone - There really isn't a better stone for this type of build other than shadow. it increases Crit Damage and since this build is all about burst... we want bigger crits. Thay make you happy. :D

Now The Build.

This is the build I'll be using in PVP. Vampire Nightblade

Now for PVE I have not decided as to what to use, I have a few ideas but I want to play around with them before I set them to stone so to speak. I'll update this thread when I do.

 Passives.

Entire Vampire line.

Entire Medium Armor line

Evocation, Recovery, and Spell Warding from the Light Armor line.

Entire Assassination line

Entire Shadow line

Entire Siphoning line

Slayer from the Fighters Guild line.

Entire Racial line

Strengths of The Build.

This build is very strong and should be able to do very well in PVP. One of the things you have to know is that this build is designed to be played at Stage 3 or 4 Vampire. What this does is it reduces the amount of resources needed to activate Vampire abilities. This in essence allows you to spam them with little to no repercussions. I mean really, who doesn't want to be able to spam a very strong ultimate at 40%.

Closing Thoughts.

Now I'm an altoholic (in case you couldn't tell) and this is one of my many characters I'll be playing. So it may take me awhile to get it to higher levels to really test the PVE aspect of it. As far as PVP I've seen the videos of the few builds that I could find play and it's very effective as a hit and run character. You have to remember you are not meant to be in the fight indefinitely. Get in there, get your kill, get out. You should be able to 1 or 2 v 1 with this build. More than that will depend on your skill vs theirs. Also Vampires may be nerfed in later patches, but right now they have yet to completely fix all their passives.

The vampire skills are currently very bugged - only about 50% of them are working as intended.  This means that the vampire-based builds are tricky at the moment, especially since the Ultimate ability (Bat Swarm) is not benefitting from the -60% cost reduction from vampirism stage IV.  Thus it is hard to tell just how effective (or, indeed, OP) vampires may be if and when the skills are fixed; the one major drawback that I have come across so far is that in AvA, if you die with fire/lightning then you get turned to a pile of ash and you cannot be resurrected but have to return to a wayshrine.  Bear that in mind :)

I know, this has me worried. They can go two ways with fixing the Vampire stuff, it can either become really nice and a good addition to peoples builds, or it can get so overpowered that they are forced to nerf it into the ground making it a drain on your builds. I really hope it's the former since the more I looked at this build thinking of ways to change it as a just in case measure the more I ended up loving it as is.

I will be putting a build together for those that just want to pve as a vamp nightblade, but as I stated I'm early in the build and want to spend some time in group content before I decide what skills benefit it. I can say that more than likely most of the Vampire abilities will stay even for pve.
