Is it possible to stack similar debuffs? Particularly, I'm considering stacking Lethal Arrow and Dark Flare for a combined 90% reduction in healing for 6 seconds, if they stack.

Is it possible to stack similar debuffs? Particularly, I'm considering stacking Lethal Arrow and Dark Flare for a combined 90% reduction in healing for 6 seconds, if they stack.
No, they don't stack. I believe the strongest debuff stays up until it runs out.
So in this example I believe Lethal Arrow would stay up it's whole duration even if you cast Dark Flare afterwards.
