So they days are good these days and both games we play have caved in and given us a way to check last login. The old method of elders managing a hugh list of people who have gone dormant is over.
Last night some of you may have started receiving one or more reminder notice. I have refined the process to help us keep a curate numbers of who's playing and also created a method for 1 click rejoins. So here's the short and sweet.
Notices Per Game/Chapter:
- 14-Day AFK Reminder - to GSCH Mail
- 30-Day AFK Reminder - to Email
- 45-Day Temporary Removal From Active Roster - Email Notice
These are sent out when a member does not do any one of the following things within the specified time period.:
- Claim Leadership
- Claim Participation
- Use the Marketplace
- Click "Checkin"
In each email there is a link to re-up your status immediately and if by chance you were actually removed you'll get a reinvite sent out to you.
getting removed from the active roster does no affect your place in the family. We have limited roster slots and need to rotate in new active players for players that have stepped away. As soon as players return their rotated in and the next person who went afk goes out. It's a revolving door system and how we are able to fit 700+ quarterly players into a 500 player roster.
