So confused in the GW2 Heart of Thorns: Torn from the Sky

So I first helped Laranthir rescue prisoners and I went to do it again to help Explorer Metella (achievement points). But, I'm quite confused at the event after "saving/killing the sylvari" - It tells me to: 'Determine the fate of the Pact fleet and to salvage equipment from the wreckage.' Yet, I'm in the green circle and nothing! Any ideas how to get about this? This whole zone is like a massive JP! Lol~ Anyways, thanks! IGN: Rainee Daze

Nevermind. It was a weird glitch! I just did it w/my friend and one of the NPC's w/me "searched the area" - Thanks though!

I'm having the same issue. What did you do to fix it?

I had the same issue, nothing happened in the green circle no matter what I did. So I exited, restarted the instance, and chose to rescue prisoners instead. No further issues and I was able to finish the chapter.
