Marionette Event & skills not working

As some have discovered there's a bug with the Marionette event in Lornar's Pass.  Occasionally (or everytime like me) your weapon skills will not work but most everything else works.  The easy way to fix this (Thanks to Prissy informing me) is to die.

Just kidding! I've got that trait mastered! I could be everyone's best friend on  "Revive" daily achievement day.

This happens to me on occasion in WvW as well.  I find rezzing other downed people also fixes it.
