Awesome. I'll be hitting 3 out of those 4 events regularly. I'm very much looking forward to this!

Vamp lets get them up on the schedule as recurring events so that people glancing at the big calendar can forecast.

Ok you want them up early? That I can do. Did you want me to put up your WvW event as well or let you handle that?

gonna love the WvWvW, cya guys there.

Mine's already there. Have the leader of the events put them in. You can schedule them to go weekly after a certain date. Mine starts on the 30th.

I'm not sure what it is - but you made me excited about these events.... maybe it's the awesome advertisement! :) (Two Steps From Hell - blows my mind every time I hear it - what wonderful siege music.) Sure brings back the fond memories of Warhammer runs with Fog. I should be able to make couple of these events a week - or all ;) Thanks for coodinating!!!

Awesome! Thanks VB and Fog. I am really looking forward to WvW in GW2. I should be able to make Tuesdays and Thursdays and the occasional Friday. Do we have/require any kind of sign-up sheet for events?

You can sign up if you want. Just find the dates that you want to play. It's never, ever required though. It's more of a roll call ahead of time to know how many we might have show up. It's very different from say a raid group that you're absolutely required to sign up ahead of time. TL:DR No sign up required.

In my experience if your enemy knows your coming, they don't show up. I'd like to be proven wrong.

Great stuff. I am expecting to make the Friday evening event and one of the other two...either Tuesday or Thursday depending on the week.

Any plans to support us swing "3pm-11pm" shift workers? I know...I know can't please everyone. It's ok I'll just gather up whoever is online when I play and do some WvWvW in the name of Gaiscioch.

What times are you planning on playing Engwar? If it's 1am to 7am PST, get in touch with Elth. He's running a group for Aussie/Asian/Oceanic time zones. It's more an all around event rather than particular times as far as I know.

Awesome Vampiresbane. I will definitely try to make at least one of these a week. Now I just need to decide whether my first character will be a support warrior or ranger. I am leaning towards warrior right now.

I should be a regular on the 6pm Friday and will host my own run for Midnight Saturday (PST) run for the graveyard shift/Oceanics. I'll post my events time once I get an idea of what works with those involved.

Sweet I can make 3 of the events currently.

I can't wait! Even though DAoC wasn't my first MMO, it has become the baseline that I compare all other games to due to the RvR.

No worries Vamp, I know we'll have a strong presence in WvW no matter what time of day. With a family as big as ours there will be fun for all time zones. Hail to the Family!

I can not rsvp the events. I can however claim leader on several. Am I missing something? O

Getting plenty of times around the world here. I may even be able to run with Elth on the latter part of runs if there are oceanic week day events, too. Not sure where we are going with that, but did post on his thread about my availability weekdays. I can make any of these times, I just have to determine which ones I want to skip for the north american times in order to not go back to bed when hubby leaves for work in order to play with oceanics during the week. ;) I have to be sure to get the right amount of sleep when my body needs it in order to lower fatigue attacks my MS can cause. Now let me go talk to my hand so it stays on par with the demands of WvW more often. ;)

I guess this has already been answered it that's the case I'm so sorry xD It's ok if I get on those events a let's say.... 7:30 PM PST? o.O It's just I study from 5 pm to 7 pm PST all days except Friday, Sat and Sun u.u

I'll try to be there as often as I can, but it may be a bit hard to show up at first because of my two-year-old son. It will get easier to participate after October, though, since the timezone difference will increase from 4 to 6 hours, which means the events will start midnight for me, and by that time, he should be sleeping well. ;)

Totally fine Wisty. Even if you showed up with 30 minutes left, we'd still be happy to have you. And Wolfox, do what you can/want. Your two year old son >>> us. As long as you get sleep, feel free to show up.

Vampiresbane, Don't worry, I have my priorities straight. I'm sure GW2 will be awesome, and playing with you all even better, but not as awesome as my boy. ;-) But as I said, I might be able to attend here and there until October arrives, when I should be able to attend more regularly. And don't worry too much about my sleep - I'm already used to doing the things I need to do (like playing games) after midnight anyway, so it won't change things much. ;)

@Denji, no map opening required. Show up and have fun. Spartan has the privilege of leading the very first WvW night and I'll be there to help with logistics and questions. Mainly the following questions: "Where's WvW?" Eternal Battlegrounds. "How do I get to Eternal Battlegrounds?" Press B and then press "Go to Eternal Battlegrounds" from the top button. I've posted the answers here, but I guarantee we have at least 15 players ask these very questions, if not way more.

This should be fun. Just point me at the Destro...er...whoever we are fighting. I'm sure they will deserve the whoopin' they are going to receive. :)

I'll be there as often as I can and work schedule allows :D my work schedule right now has 5 different days and 5 different hours.. yuck. It's changing Sept 3 again though

I will be there with bells on, if you'll have me. Will this be something going on right from launch? Or are you going to beef people up before hand?

The days posted above will always have someone leading unless all of our WvW Draios AND our WvW Warlords can't make it. In other words, you can pretty much count on some WvW event going on at those times. Other times will be more pick up groups, but don't be suprised if you see a lot of the same leaders show up for those. For me personally, I might actually PvE mostly to 80 (crazy idea for me, I did all RvR to get to 40 in Warhammer) and then go WvW nuts.

Will the peopele leading get the commander icons? Kind of a high cost but be totally worth it.

I dare say we will be prioritizing getting commander icons for these guys, but it might take a while, even with the entire guild helping out. The price for those icons jumped dramatically last Beta weekend, and no doubt first priority for funding will be expanding the size of the guild. If anyone can get those icons in record time though (without resorting to spending a small fortune in real money), it'll be us.

Hi, Thank God there's a euro on Thursday :D now I can play on Thursday :) I remember requesting that euro time on rift very long ago, but any ways thanks for making this :) Good job !

Tirean, unless I'm mistaken with how time zones work, the Euro WvW time is late night Friday night (for Europeans at least, middle of the day for Americans).

My classes are all in the evening mon -thur this semester so I'm excited to see the friday events!

I can make one a week, with my schedule its hard 6pm-2am PST so i guess i'll be rolling with the European WvW :) cant wait to see you guys.

Sounds fun WvW. I didn't too much during beta. Will try to make it to all four.

I have posted my weekly event up on the events calender for this weekend. Invites will kick off at 1150pm (PST) and we will kick off at midnight. Official end time will be 2am but if the action is still going strong we may continue into the wee hours of the morning.

I will definitely come to these as much as I am available. THanks for setting them up!!

I'm beyond pumped! Too bad that I won't be able to make it on Vamp's & Moreden's events. But at least I'd be able to make a regular appearance on Fog's.

Had a great time with the official first event and am looking forward to the future onslaughts. Being that WvW is my main type of gameplay I will try to contribute and help lead some events in the future. CHARR HAKA IN THE CITIDEL!
