I was trying to claim some items to donate mats to people in GW2, but my claim button appears to be missing on all requested items. I have filled orders before with no issues, but can't do it now. Thanks!

You might have an order already claimed, you need to deliver it and report the delivery so you can claim another one.
Also try logging out and logging back in. Sometimes the cookie gets corrupted.
