ArenaNet login

Everytime I go to login I keep getting prompted to validate my email address. I have hit send everytime but I do not receive an email in either my inbox or spam. I figure its a firewall or router issue blocking my request, but then I am not all that versed in the subject.

It is a minor annoyance and does not prevent me from playing, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also as you can see my sig is knackered, that  is not even one of the choices available for me to choose.  I have no clue how it happened , I have been known to break steel ball bearings with rubber mallets from time to time. I feel like the court jester now geeze. 

Ive send messages before to the customer service desk let them know that you are not receiving the email. It took me 2 different people to get them to resend it, may happen by a random chance but letting them know that and providing info when requested... they can fix the issue this happen to me about 5/6 months ago when I moved and had the same issue.

Same thing happened to me yesterday and I figured out that the arenaNet e-mail address was on my blacklist (account is getting spammed by ads so I have to block most of the spam)
