Anyone else doing the Skyforge beta over the next week?

I would like to play the beta if anyone has a extra beta key and wants someone to play with

We will be opening up a GSCH for the Livestream event when it hits open beta. Anyone that wants to help form up the guild and work together to build it up would be greatly welcome. We will have all of maybe a week before the livestream to prepare.

oh it appears there is a stress test on the 7th if anyone was hoping to still try game out before launch i got a extra beta key possibly 2 if my gf doesn't wanna play. I'll possibly add a second key after she decides ;)

How many early access players do we have? would be nice to have some others to group with and run stuff with. I will be waking up early on 9th to get a good start on game

For those who are playing Skyforge, how are you liking it?

I'm not finding a lot of depth so far... but I just unlocked the full Ascension Atlas. It bugs me that I have to "earn" the class I want to play, and if I realize that class doesn't suit me in practice, I have to work to unlock a different class. The class switching on the fly is neat, though. So far, I just find combat to be a bit spammy. It feels like an arcade game: hit the same buttons, through in a few combos, and the enemies all behave pretty much the same regardless of appearance. I think part of my problems with combat is that I started as a Paladin though, and the DPS is low enough that I have to hit stuff a lot to get past it. My few tries at Cryomancer made combat faster, but I'm already so far along the Paladin line, I don't want to start back over since my ultimate goal is to reach Necromancer.

The story isn't gripping me, but I appreciate the approach. I really like the  rationalization for resurrection that we are immortals. That neatly overcomes one of the suspension of disbelief challenges for other MMOs. And I enjoyed the questing setup on one of the open worlds I visited, where you have hubs and run in and complete the quest in the area (similar to GW2). 

If we have a guild (pantheon) going, I'd appreciate an invite. Name is Carrick Stormsworn, and I'd like to explore a bit more of the game to see what it's like.
