In this thread I will post text guides for how to pass the puzzles as I get them written.  Anyone who cares to write one and beats me to the punch will get credit.  For example, since Cattrya wrote a guide for the puzzle I will be using that for the most part (and just adding in the way the top works for 2 player runs.)

Hope this helps everyone, I will be working on it over the course of the next week or so!

Shapes puzzle:

1.  Center orb of the 5s both top and bottom.  Orbs closest to the cross line out of the ring 3s.
2.  Top of the top 2s, bottom of the bottom 2s.  The mid high orbs on the line.
3.  All non-set orbs.  If you have trouble aligning, follow these steps:  From the line, count 2 orbs left along the red shape.  Move 1/4 of the way around, lining up with the yellow point on the ring 3.  Click the orb that lies below the yellow line ahead of you.  Move 1/4 of the way around, and repeat the steps once.
4.  All ring middle orbs in the 3s.  The unclicked orb in all 2s.  Outsides of the 5s.
5.  All remaining orbs.

For the daily:
Center orb of the ring 3s.  Outsides of the 5s.  The orbs closest to the ring in the 2s.

The daily will reset after a short time, and the puzzle will reset once finished.  So you can do either first when running your first run for the day.

Side note:  To get to the top, there is a tunnel going up via some rocks near where you enter.  Look for it by aiming the camera up a little.  Without this tunnel you cannot complete this puzzle, as not all orbs can be clicked from the bottom.  All orbs can, however, be clicked from the top.

Dominoes (aka addition):

The room is set up with tiles.  In solo, you see them all.  In duo, you see one of the two parts.

Each set of tiles consists of a plus sign configuration.  The center tile is the sum part.  The outsides are what is being added.

Add the outsides, and look for a sum tile that matches that number.  At certain points this rule is not followed (for example, the entry tile sum has no meaning, and the corners may not work.)  Any case of this will be where you have no choice of where to go (either because you already were on the tile, or because you would only go backward.)  This is especially important to note at the exit, as the sum usually does not match for the exit tile.

Simple, but remembering the route or figuring it out on the fly can be a pain.

Glass maze:  Simply pull the levers in solo mode.  Pull them together in duo mode.

Legend:  triangles are levers (map 3 has yellow to highlight them.)  Blue is the entry, red is the exit.

Sudoku:  Solve sudoku while using items from cubes to distract, remove, or freeze boglings.  Bogling change one of the numbers that can be changed, and prefer a few numbers (so it will never auto-solve even though otherwise it could rng.)

You must right click each "Tok block" enough to get the correct domino style display.  Solving with a computer program is often the suggestion as the boglings start coming faster and faster.  It can be done without, just like any Sudoku.

Pyramid:

***There is a bug with the colors trap.  Simon would love help if you can figure out how to reproduce the color shield dropping off you!***

Weekly info:  The chest can be anywhere in the first half, most often on the bottom floor.  Search well.  It does not shine.

First half, and daily race timer:

The daily race timer is merely a timed mode of the first half.  It can be started over while in progress by using the first color orb.

The first half is the following traps:  Color trap 1, fire trap, log walk trap, color trap 2, razor blade trap.

Color traps:  You have an orb near a rope with colors zipping down.  Right click the orb.  Jump (don't walk) onto the rope with the matching color of the incoming color spark.  Run up the rope, swapping colors as needed.  If you are losing when you had the correct color, it is the color drop bug and Simon is very sorry he cannot seem to isolate the issue!  Be careful at the top, and try to strafe off the rope quickly when passing the last color.  On the second trap, zoom in behind yourself to avoid the clouds blocking your sight.

Fire trap:  The flame throwers shoot fire.  It's just what they do.  Sadly, they have no real pattern and are a true pain in the rumpomongus.  They can even stop and start in a split second.  RNG may well make you reset the daily dash if trying a few times here.  Getting hit puts you back at the start of the fire trap.

Log walk:  Simply focus on the rope.  Pay no attention to the spinning log.  The rope is all that matters.  Simply run down it.

Razor trap:  The razors move at different speeds.  You can not only avoid them using clever turns, but jumping and using port skills.  A clever use of mechanics can make this trap less than half what it at first seems to be.  Find a nice time to run in and try not to get hit.  Just like with the fire trap, getting hit puts you at the start of this trap.

Finally, there is a lever to disarm the traps.  This can come in very handy when working duo, or when exploring for artifacts and rats after having completed puzzles in a run.

Second half:

Before you go down the little stair, there are two things to do.  First, learn to walk.  Aka, toggle the run/walk option.  This will help you do a few tasks even if you want to run on the walkways.  Since the timer has been removed (I now feel like I need a legacy achievement for that stupid running on those walkways, porting and jumping to make timers, platforming and frustrating times!) you can now use the walk option to fully complete in solo and duo modes.  Second, you need to memorize the number of dots on the tok block on the wall back at the end of the razor trap.  You will have to turn every tok block in the second half to that number to beat this puzzle.

Access:  With walk mode on, simply walk down the stairs.  You won't go flying off bouncing all over, and going backward is actually faster so don't try to go down backward!

The block you start on from any port will always be referred to as the 'first block.'  In any cases where there are more than two I ensure you have a method for noting which one I mean.  All levels of pathway will be referred to with numbers, all other numbers will be written out.  Remember to always set the blocks you need to set before porting (all blocks except level 2 in solo mode.)

Solo mode:
1.  Set the block, then hit the lever on the wall, walk back to the block to port up.
2.  Three blocks.  Set the block you ported to, then hit the lever behind it and move to level 3.  Once you jump down from level 3, set the other blocks and use the lever to the north of the junction in the walkway near the first tok block.  Travel to the farthest block to port.
3.  Set the block, and look for a good spot facing west to hop down onto level 2.  *Hint, aim for the long walkway with a straight shot.*
4.  Set both blocks, then use the lever beyond the second block.  Return to the first block to port.
5.  Set both blocks.  Return to the first block, use the lever on the eastern path.  Port at the second block.
6.  No guesswork here, there's only one block, and one lever on a single path.
7.  Set both blocks, find the lever off a branch in the middle of the pathway between them, return to the second block to port.
8.  Follow the instructions of 7.
9.  And again.  (Use 7 to complete level.)
10.  There is only one block, one path, and the lever is at the end of the path.
11.  The final level.  Set both tok blocks.  You should see a message "Exit Cage Removed."  If you do not, you made a mistake or missed a block.  Check them all over again.  From here, by the second block, there are stairs by the pathway.  Carefully jump up them.  I recommend remaining in walk mode, getting against a step, jumping and then hitting forward.  Also, stay to the left to avoid interference from steps above you.  Once you are on top, you can enter the swing using the same jump method.  Turn off walk mode, run across, and congratulations!

**The remainder of this portion will be completed when all lever and tok block orders for solo and duo are recorded.  I need to run through and do this sometime!**

Munch Maze (aka Pacman):

Solo version you light the attractor lamps by running over them.  You can delay lighting them and grab more pellets rather than lighting them right away each time, which helps.  Duo version the player up top lights the lamps and starts the puzzle, while the player below runs around to gather the pellets.

This 'puzzle' is slightly frustrating, but I seem to have found a pretty solid method.  I always run with the mob area to my left to start.  We will call facing that direction up.  For solo, I always go up and right first, picking up a few pellets in the crevices as I work my way to the lamp.  The pattern is right, then around the little loop, then back into where the lamp is.  For duo, I do the same.  However, in solo this lights this lamp, but in duo I have the player light the lamp on up-left when I call (when I am about 3 pellets past that first lamp.)  Solo players may not collect all pellets in this section on this portion, which is fine.  Duo players will not cover the connection to upper left.

Make sure to dip in and grab the few pellets that aren't on a good loop to the lamp location, then get them on the same spots before moving to bottom right.  Get all along the right wall, but don't light the lamp in solo.  Instead backtrack and get some more pellets until the first lamp burns out, then light it and book it to bottom left... you should have everything except the line going to bottom left.  In duo, you need not backtrack, but you should still gather all pellets in the bottom right sector and move to bottom left.

Pull the same strategy at bottom left.  However, left side is a little more complex and needs a little more time.  Run around as fast as you can, and make sure to get the little wings by the mob area.  They are often forgotten.  Once ready move to upper left.  Again gather pellets efficiently, and get the wing.

When you light that final lamp here, you should already have at least a third of the pellets in the maze.  Collect the rest, going back to upper right as needed in solo, and get to the mob spawn point fast!  Pull the level, and you win.

Here's the problems:  The mobs seem to sometimes ignore the lamps.  The maze is a pain to navigate and get all the pellets.  The runner can't see an overhead view when running... a glass ceiling is placed on the maze.  The method above usually *not always* works if you can pull it off.  It's a pain, and sometimes a mob is way out of place ignoring the lamp.  Touch them (easy to do with blind corners and racing around) and you must restart.  A little patience with this method will solve your puzzle at least... but I wouldn't bother with this daily (three flawless runs in a row) unless you find a surefire method.
