Q: What could be better than Coffee, Crafting and Rift?

Marking Tip: As part of the raid management we mark ourselves if we have a lure to let the leadership know we have one. A suggestion is to put the a number indicating how many Lures you intend to use you can easily change this as a countdown as you use your lures e.g 3 then 2 then 1. This form of marking adds a quick quantity to help leadership manage the raid at a glance. Additionally, from time to time raid markings will drop and you may need to reapply your raid mark or number of lures.
Keep in mind when it is your turn to run for to the next tear, you can look on the map for one (if you have options pick ones that are at the further reaches of the map to avoid leechers), you can also shard hop from that existing location. Tears often appear in the same location on the map, just on different shards.
When popping your rift, try to find the far edge of the play area to avoid drawing aggro so you can perform your summon unmolested.
Summons: There are a variety of ways to get the rest of the group to your Rift
1. Rift Summons individual rifts have corresponding Summons acquired by investing points in Planar Attunement. There is a match for each of the type of summons life, death, fire, air, water and earth.
2. You can drop a guild banner, if we have any non-guild members it won't summon them but usually a guild member who is teleported can individually summon them. Each member would also have to use a rally scroll to get there as well.
3. If you don't have or if your rift specific summons is on Cool Down, you can summon and individual or group using the Friend for All summons, Ascend a Friend summons or even Planewalker Summons and then someone you sent can do the Rift specific summons. You can execute this in group or discord by asking "Who has a ______ summons not on cool down?" Then summons that person.
4. If you opt to shard jump to a tear that is in the same location, most if not all players can simply 'shard hop' to your location quickly by announcing this in Raid chat and Discord.
Tip: Be conscious of what lure you about to pop to correspond with whatever summons you have that is NOT on cooldown, this can make things go smoother :)
