Can no longer login

well title says it all, as of Saturday evening I can no longer log when I enter my password,  if anyone else is having this issue it seem to be common enough, a lot of ppl are complaining about it of forums.  and well no there are no work around it seems....  hopefully i can get back in game soon cuz this totally ruined my evening and well I can handle game bugs, but not being able to log is pushing my limit...

Meaning no disrespect because doubtless any suggestion of mine has probably been tried already but have you checked to see if your login will work on the website?  If not, have you tried resetting your password?  If so have you tried submitting a support ticket?

oh yeah, tried everything have a ticket open, nothing to do but wait for them to fix the issue.  and since they are resetting the servers early mornig I would think its in response to all of the ppl with the same problem as me

I can log in, but since the patch I have had rollbacks constantly and so far the testing done has shown that no one can agree what the correct ip to the launcher should be.  But I did notice that they run it on Amazon cloud service.

I get that email every few days and right now, we are having a very theoretical discussion about dns servers.  But I have removed my reoccurring subscription until a point when they decide to deliver a halfway quality product.

But then again, they run this on Amazon cloud services, that alone should show the level of commitment they have.  No wonder that it take half a day to perform service on their system.
