My suggested movement method:

Explanation of what occurs:  At first nobody has a color.  The bosses determine which color you get.  They cap at 6 people with a color.  They give their colors by priority of threat to those attacking them.  When people are dead, this can change with bosses trying to make an equal number of people each color.  Thus getting rez's fast is important.
When starting, move to the areas marked in mauve.  Be spread in that area.  Everyone will get their colors.  If you somehow get the wrong color, stand against the wall while everyone moves (blue path,) then take the central path (marked in lime.)  Dps and kill adds as needed.
The bosses will go to blow up, but you are already safe.  Ignore the mechanic.  Instead, move along the red path (from blue-> mauve.)  This puts you back at the starting point, where you should be dpsing the boss on your side to get that color.

Tanks continue their dance of trading bosses.  People run over to bash when needed.  Otherwise these positions.

The dancing was really killing us, and I think this is a fairly solid explanation of what fixes that problem.  It doesn't need to be quite this strict, but this shows how the flow should go.  Consider it the basic steps which will keep you from being blown up, or from blowing up, other people.

Finally, when going to rez, do not forget about colors.  I saw a number of people kill those rezzing when a rez was nearly done.  They would run up, blow up the person trying to rez of the other color, and thus cause the rez to fail.  Now, instead of two dead people in a spot, there are three.

Jairone - thank for posting this.  I have been trying to find videos of these bosses.  This video is from the tank's perspective (one of my favorite perspectives).  It has the tanks staying in one place and cross taunting after the room turns colors (typical time it appears the player color changes).  I'll post more as I find them.

Okay, we have a slightly simplified version of the above (you just hop back and forth across the candles, rather than going full circle.  In other words, go from Magenta to the blue circled spot, then back after the explosion.  Tanks should cross-taunt after getting their color, tank the opposite boss, and run across as well (explosion is 28-30k damage or more... it is possible to survive but not ideal to have to.)  Spread out when not having a color, and still swap to the other group if you have the wrong color (carefully.)  If the tank has the wrong color, still tank like normal, but when the explosion is going to happen run between the groups.  If both tanks are the wrong color, they need to coordinate this so they don't kill one another.

For the final boss, runners must cover all braziers on their path.  Any blue glowing brazier must be hit with the "Eyes of Jode" synergy.  If a void caller pops up, you must kill them.  They should be at 1 hp, so it isn't hard.  Speed boosts will help you, and you can if careful about it jump across gaps.  However, each person really needs to cover everything on their line, then start backing up the other people.  The idea is that one person goes left (turn left, get the braziers on the part, turn down the left dead end, then go back all the way up to the end of that path.)  One person goes right (turn right, turn right, either jump across the gap or run and go right, then turn back to the end of the path.)  The third person goes straight (straight, then across straight-ish to the big building area as one is on that path, then either jump the gap or backtrace and head around the loop toward left's area.  This, must be done within the time limit (we lost the last attempt because we failed to find a brazier with a hidden void caller.)  If you have spare time, provide some back-up on other paths.  When center notes it is done run out and cleanse yourself, then be ready to go again.

Ideally runners will have some form of self healing (due to the floating blue orbs) and a ranged instant attack.  I'm not sure that speed boosts actually did anything, as I think just entering gives one, but sprinting does help (shards for each of the runners would be awesome, sorcs with lightning and bolt can use those to help move around super fast for this.)

I know that's a giant wall of text.  So I am going to borrow from somebody's work here... and post this from the ESO forums.

So, target on boss 2 port options:

1.  Target the same color every time.
-This method requires you to look for the proper boss, and start hitting them.  It works.
Once you have hit them, then you will swap as the tanks cross taunt.

2.  Target the same door every time.
-You get the color of that boss.  No looking.  It works.
Once you have the color, tanks cross taunt, and you burn the other boss.

The only real differences are adds and the requirement to look around for the right color boss.  Either method works.  My thought for method 2 was that you didn't have any question where to strike, no looking, no chance to mess it up really, and no reason to worry about the time finding them while moving and spreading out just in case.

Currently it looks like the group on Sunday is going with method 1.  That is fine.  I just wanted to clarify for those who seemed to find the discussion confusing as to where I was coming from.  I felt it was much simpler, and saved a lot of effort.  The entire reason for the discussion was to get it straight as to what we were doing (because we had people doing each both this run and on Saturday, it seems.)

Now, I DID NOT appreciate people talking down about it, nor about those who liked the idea.  That was not acceptable.  Not a single person arguing for method two said "We can't look around for the color on the boss" but rather that we felt it was easier to not have to, with far less chance for errors resulting in problems in the fight.  To turn around and talk about that... really pissed several of us off.

We had a lot of confusion on this fight, as we are new to it, and developing our methods.  Thank you all for the points raised nicely on both sides.  I hope for those who were worried about having target issues with method 2 that the above explains why that wouldn't be an issue.  If you have polite points to add, please do so!

*Editted due to feedback from some other people who were very unhappy with that, and due to Prissy having noted she wants to go with method 1 on Vox.*

I'm good with either approach, long as we agree and understand the one chosen.

The discussion Sunday was an effort to hash this out.  The whole point of running VR1 was to clarify our tactics.

As for hurt feelings, I hope I did not come across as "talking down" to anyone, apologize if I did.

My opinion is there is less confusion when sticking to one color boss, less chance of mixing members with different 'halo's'.

In the DB patch, they adjusted critical charge (2H), focus charge (Templar), shield charge (1HS) to allow the charge to move over gaps.  That should provide a reliable (and faster) way for those running in the back to put out the candles/flames to move over the gaps than having to jump (sometimes resulting in death).  Now its not just for Sorc's anymore!!
