I wanted to post a recipe for my favorite Nachos. Feel free to post your favorite Nacho recipe.
Ingredients: (Nacho Chips - your favorite kind; "Nacho & Taco shredded cheese" or any cheese you prefer; cooked shredded pork; chopped yellow or red onion; chopped green onion; sliced black olives; refried black beans).
Step 1: Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil.
Step 2: Cover tinfoil with your chips.
Step 3a: Sprinkle yellow or red chopped onion. Sprinkle green onions. As much, or as little as you like.
Step 3b: Get cheesey and put the shredded cheese over chips.
Step 3c: Place pulled pork evenly across top of creation.
Step 3d: Add some refried black beans here and there. (I get a spoonful of it and flick it here and there, doesn't have to be pretty).
Step 3e: Don't forget the olives.
Step 4: Say Cheese! Yes, sprinkle more cheese on top.
Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
What I like about making Nachos is you can make a small or large portion; you can add as much or as little of any ingredient. Baking it all in the oven, makes your Nacho creation flavorful. Serving warm makes it all the better. (I'll never go back to canned queso).
Recently, I found Kirkland brand pulled pork at Costco. It's pre-cooked, and tastes just as good as if I spent 4 hours cooking my own ribs.
Like I said above, feel free to post your own personal favorite Nacho creation recipe.
