Hence why we now require people to put their arenaid in before invite. If we can't invite them because their id is wrong they get a message saying so. They can't order anything until that id is correct. Unfortuately though. This process went into effect after about 400 people made it into the family. So theres going to be some with bad info. Biggest thing is PreOrder ID's are different than Live ID's. They change as soon as you activate your cd key.
Just to reiterate what Denji said, personally I'm unable to send solomongrimm.1638 some Omnomberry Bars that he ordered on the Marketplace.

Doh! I make three. We've got plenty of Omnomberry Bars ready to go. :)
and I'll make it an even four. I'm going to keep his order in my forge so we don't get a fifth - how do we handle these? Can you delete the orders from the marketplace or find them through some other means?
Fixed the problem. The last two numbers of the ID were reversed. It's been updated and the orders work now.
I now have someone I am unable to find: siffery.8057 I'm holding an order for two 18 slot thick leather packs. I am unable to send in game mail to request the runes to complete the order.
Still unable to send to siffery.8057. I'm going to release the two orders as there has been no response to this thread and name has not been updated. I tried to locate the account name in the guild I'm in (I'm aware there are three) but no luck there either.
