Hey everyone. I'm trying to determine the ingredients used to make a Superior Sigil of the Night.

There appear to be 3 different recipes for it, because it can be made by Artificers, Huntsmen, and Weaponcrafters. And the online stuff I've read is not clear which one is being referenced when they talk about it. So I'd like to see if anyone here has the recipe and can help me out.

Here's the one I have:

Artificer:

1 Orichalcum Ingot

1 Onyx Lodestone

100 Candy Corn

1 Glob of Ectoplasm

I believe the others are different. If you're a Weaponcrafter or a Huntsman, please post what your Superior Sigil of the Night recipe requires. Thanks!

Ok I think I've figured it out. Thought I'd post it here for others. From looking at the lists at gw2db, I've figured out the recipes: Huntsman 1 Orichalcum Ingot 1 Glacial Lonestone (that's how ANet spells it...) 100 Candy Corn 1 Glob of Ectoplasm Weaponsmith 1 Orichalcum Ingot 1 Charged Lodestone 100 Candy Corn 1 Glob of Ectoplasm So it appears to me that if you don't want to buy the sigil, your best bet is to get a Huntsman to make it for you, since the only difference here is the price of the lodestone: Glacial: 21s Charged: 1g 65s Onyx: 1g 29s

lol! this is a pretty interesting sigil effect... how do you obtain the recipe? Other than that, I really have no idea how and when night time falls in the game, because my clock in game is same as real life, and I don't recall seeing a in game time clock..

I believe there are two ways to get the recipe. One would be through receiving is from a trick-or-treat bag (I'm not sure on this, but I believe most everything can come from a bag). The other way is to get it from the Mystic Forge. The combo to create recipes is: 250 Candy Corn 25 Nougat 25 Chattering Skull 25 Plastic Fangs That creates either a Mad King or a Night sigil recipe - and from what I've seen it can be rare or superior. So the chance is what, 1 in 8 or so of getting the exact one I wanted (Superior for Huntsman).

You can definitely get the Night and Mad King recipes from personalized ToT bags. :) They are also able to be traded so you could also just buy them, not sure how expensive they are right now. Also good to know about huntsman being the cheapest, I had the weaponsmith one but as the huntsman recipe is only 20 silver I'll pick it up in case I want to make these sigils later~
