Strap yourselves in for the first Storm Legion closed beta event, where participants will have the opportunity to explore the new leveling zones of Pelladane, Cape Jule, and the city of Tempest Bay. Additionally, players will be able to customize their own Dimensions , and try out the new four new souls coming in the expansion. Current subscribers will be able to copy their characters over to the beta shard. OK above from the article. So if character is already copied to PTS is that a beta copy?

I'm like 99% sure that if a character is copied to the PTS that does not count as a beta copy since it's 2 different servers and setups. I'm not a computer expert, someone who is feel free to chime in on that :) On a separate note, according to Rift's official twitter, both the new Rogue soul and new Cleric soul will be available for testing this weekend. Woohoo! Here's to good luck we all get in, I'm so excited for Storm Legion.
A couple of days to go....got the invitation...will download patch as soon as I get home. Somehow excited....very excited!
I got my invite this morning. I purchased the Infinity edition. Downloading the client now and seriously looking forward to seeing the new content!
