I've posted an event on the calendar for us to take out some lair bosses tonight. I set the minimum rank for level 20, but we'll need some 40s because these guys are tough. Here are the bosses I've selected.
Lair Name: Lair of Old Oozeback
Location: Marsh of Madness
Coordinates: 25k, 60k
Level: 40
Known Abilities
Attack: ~1550
Armor Penetration: 40%
Putrid Vomit: ~2300 initial damage and leaves a 10 second DOT debuff which deals 550 damage every 2 seconds.
Ground Slam: ~800 damage (aoe close range).
Confirmed Drops
Drops 1-3 Rank 36 Rare BOP Boots per kill.
Lair Name: Lair of Metoh
Location: Troll Country
Coordinates: 9k, 4k
Level: 40
Known Abilities
Attack: His basic attack which deals ~2800 damage.
Armor Penetration: All his attacks ignore 35% of your armor.
Frostbite: A frontal breath attack that deals 570 damage every 2 seconds for 10 seconds.
Vigorous Claw: Hits for around 1250 damage.
Toss Up: Hits for 900-1000 damage and also sends you bouncing off the roof of his cave (possibly further if you fight him outside, so don't!).

Drops 1-3 Rank 39 Rare BOE Helms per kill.
Lair Name: Lair of Silveroak
Location: Norsica
Coordinates: 20k, 25k

Known Abilities
Attack: 900~1050damage
Armor Penetration: ~45%
Telluric Swat: ~2600 damage
Earth Shattering Howl: ~1050 damage (an AOE that causes a lava cracked shattering effect on the ground)
When you first engage him, all six Silver Dryads should come to life and attack. They are rank 40 Champions. Sometimes a bug will cause them to do nothing instead.

Lair Name: Lair of Stinkfang
Location: Ellyrion
Coordinates: 54k, 42k
Level: 40
Known Abilities
Attack: ~2400 damage.
Armor Penetration: ~45%
Putrid Vomit: ~2000 damage, followed by ~700 damage per 2 seconds for 10 seconds.
Excruciating Smite: ~1400 damage
Summons masses of Putrid Lizards during the fight. They are very weak, dealing only about 80 damage and die in one or two hits.
Confirmed Drops
Drops 1-3 level 39 Rare BOE weapons. Tend to have either +10 threat or -10 threat modifier on them.
Lair Name: Lair of Gorthlak
Location: Blighted Isle
Coordinates: 36k, 18k
Level: 40
Known Abilities
Attack: ~2400 damage.
Armor Penetration: ~30%
Life Loss: A curse that deals ~350 damage per 2 seconds over 10 seconds.
Corporeal Strike: ~900 corporeal damage.

Whirling Knockdown: AOE melee range knockdown move (disables for 2 seconds) that deals 500~1000 damage.
Shaky resolve: -5 strength, intelligence and wisdom for 60 seconds.
