Inquisition Reigns

The sky filled with clouds, lightening dancing across the sky, two men stand in a grove with blood all over the grass, and the trees battle-scarred. One man is a tall Elven man wearing white armor with small spikes along the shoulders, gloves, belt and boots, the other a smaller human looking man on his knees with a sigil carved into his shoulder, with a faceless mask covering his head.
"Tell me heretic, why are you here" The Elven man said
"I shall tell you nothing!" The faceless one said.
The Elven man takes out a tool he called a Excruciator, a dagger looking tool with many other blades and steel..."Devices"
"Tell me, what does the Abyssal Cult seek in these lands?" The Elven man said
"I still will not tell you anything!" the Abyssal Cultist said.
The Elven man stabs the cultist with one of the blades which looks like a thick hook into his shoulder, the one opposite of the sigil is carved into.
"Tell me now fool, or your pain will be increased!" The Elven man said.
"Never!" Said the Abyssal Cultist.
The Elven man pulls out the hook-blade and pulls out a small piece of flesh, then he raises it over his shoulder near his back the stabs him again, using the middle blade, stabbing him with the kris like blade, with the two hook-blades tearing into him as well.
"Tell me! Or you will know pain, and you will know fear, and then you will die!" The Elven man said.
"No! Akylios protects me and he will kill you and take over this land!" The Abyssal Cultist said.
The Elf pulls out the dagger ripping and cutting flesh as he does so. He drops the torture device and the Elf's body erupts in flames, but not consuming the elf, but flares toward the cultist. He raises his hand and the flames flare up and shoot though his hands and swirl around the cultist burning his flesh and clothes, even burning his very soul.
"Tell me!" the Elven man yelled, his voice deep, with a unnatural tone to it, seemingly an even darker voice behind his
"Ok! I will, We are trying to find runes that will tell us where Akylios lies and how to free him!" The cultist cries out.
The Elven man narrows his eyes and snaps his fingers, and the flames around the cultist increase in intensity consuming the cultist until there was nothing but ash, and the grass beneath him turns a healthy green with no blood present.
The elven man kneels to a praying position "Suffer not the heretic to live, and purge their corrupted presence in the name of The Vigil!"
