Welcome traveler, I would like to welcome you to the humble home of the Gaiscíoch (Pronounced: Gosh-Kia) Family and Tuatha Social Gaming Community. Our family began as a social gaming community in the industry pioneering MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot. We began on the Nimue server on November 11th, 2001, with a focus on creating a fun and enjoyable community for players of all ages and skill levels.
The Gaiscíoch takes it's name from the Irish legends found within the "Cét-chath Maige Tuired", "Lebor Gabála Érenn", and "Cath Maige Tuired" which chronicles the first people of Ireland the Tuatha de Danann. Specifically the First Battle of Moyturna where the Tuatha de Danann hand picked the most honorable and loyal warriors to fight along side the Celtic gods in a battle against the Fir Bolg. These Warriors were known as the Gaiscíoch.
With our roots firmly attached in the Celtic Mythological Cycle, the Gaiscíoch hold honor, respect, integrity, and fellowship, over hierarchy and dictatorship. Today the Gaiscíoch family spans many games, sports, and social circles.
We are a social casual gaming community with a relaxed approach toward gaming. We allow our members to play how they want, when they want, as long as they want and do not constrict them with quotas or requirements. It is through gaming, athletic competition, and social interaction that we forge new friendships and relationships.

The Elder Scrolls Online has had one major problem that has been a major focus ever since Patch 5.0, unimaginable Looking for Group (LFG) queue times. When update 5 was released, with it came scaling dungeons and daily dungeon pledges. These two new features had players wanting to do dungeons more often and of course that meant more players putting themselves into the LFG queue, only to be faced with endless queue times. News & Announcements: Thursday, December 18th, 2014
The Sabres tonight were not only heard, but felt EVERYWHERE in WvW. What a truly INCREDIBLE evening! I try to thank everyone who runs with me every event. But tonight I want to send out special thanks to everyone as we accomplished some wonderful things!
Too many keeps to count, and even a T3, fully upgraded Stonemist! Thanks for kicking me in the pants everyone and reminding me to be bold!
We encountered enemy forces a few times during the night, but nothing overwhelming as it seemed they melted right before our eyes...
We kicked off Wintersday not with white but GREEN, lots of green.
While Jordyee evicted wannabe invader from our borderlands with a swift kick in the pants, Aoibheann marched her golem army through Kaineng territory. We plowed under towers, keeps, camps -- and quite a few red tags too. They left us lots of Wintersday gifts in brown bags all over the battelfield, so sweet of them! The highlight of the campaign was defending Kaineng's Garrison against them for a quite a while. Jordyee took advantage of their distraction to grab Garrison Sorrow's Furnace territory too...
We started out on the offensive and gave Kaineng a spanking on the Borderlands this afternoon - can you say GOLEM RUSH? I think we had 9 Omegas charging around and I hope that someone got screen shots to post. We almost had all of KN turned Green and we successfully held (and defended) 9 keeps, including all 3 on Kaineng!
Thanks to Jordyee for tagging up and leading the support assault group on our home bl as well as on Sorrow's Furnace bl. Our point per tick sky rocketed in the 3 hours we were out fighting...
Thank you all for the great support out in WvW for todays event. We stayed tight and focused as we slowly but surely took each map - sorry we didn't manage to get Kaineng's Garrison. Thank you for your patience as we bounced around to the different borderlands, I don't like too be predictable out there. I also appreciate those who stay on our home map and scout for me or run the upgrades, your support is invaluable.
Next week I will try to get 2 tags going so we can run two maps at a time...
...and YOU get a Golem, and YOU get a Golem, And YOU get a Golem, and YOU get a Golem...
Thats right, reset night consisted of two maps worth of golems that were bounced back and forth between, resulting in 10 Keeps being taken before the night was out! Thank you so much to all the havoc groups who ran in conjunction with us! You guys and gals made things so much easier and well coordinated!
Oppositional forces were a bit light last night as we marched around from keep to keep cleaning house...
Started out as a 3 man run and blossomed into 6 people over a period of 5 total hours. Participated in 6 castle defenses, 2 keep defenses, 3 resource defenses, 8 resource takes, 1 keep take, 1 keep take, and 9 open field battles.
