Ingredients:
Naan Bread
Hummus(garlic works well)
Feta Cheese
Tomato(chopped)
Oregano
Olive Oil
Directions:
Brush Naan Bread with Olive oil(both sides)
Grill one side, about 4 mins but watch it as we are not looking for char :)
Spread Hummus on the side that was grilled
Sprinkle on oregano and any other herbs you may wish to try
Add chopped tomato and sprinkle some feta
Grill about 4 mins, again watch for charring.
