Looking for some Photoshop and Coding help

Greetings Familiy!

I am Luma, some of you know me from Rift. I have a level 50 Rogue that loves to gank people =). Or, you may remember my Assault Shadow Warrior from the good ole days of Warhammer, who also loved to go out and gank people. However, today I am here for to ask for some help.

I am in the process of putting together a website for Pool/Billiards. I am decent in Photoshop but I am looking for someone who can help me out with my site. I also know very little about coding and would love some help in that department also. I have the designs, pen/paper, completely worked out. I just need the assistance of anyone that could help me take it from paper to pixels =)

I used a boilerplate called Skeleton that I highly recommend.
