No. Here's my Neanderthal results at 23andMe.com: link

A couple years ago, for National DNA Day, several DNA testing labs had specials. 23andMe.com had their combined medical and ancestral analysis for $99, which I got. The medical analysis gives things like risk factors for various conditions, likely increased or decreased sensitivity to various drugs, and things like that, and also carrier status for a plethora of diseases that have a genetic component.
The only really annoying thing in my medical analysis was they have a thing that estimates how much of your weight is due to genetic factors, and how much is due to being a lazy pig that eats way too much. They told me that I'm fat because I'm a lazy pig that eats way to much, and can only blame a measly 2 or 3 pounds of my ample excess on my genes.
The ancestor analysis tells interesting things like how people with your maternal and paternal haplogroups were distributed 500 years ago (before intercontinental travel mixed everything up). For example, here's my maternal distribution, and here is my paternal distribution.
As new research is published, they occasionally update results, and add new items. Not too long ago, the Neanderthal genome was largely sequenced, and so now can be compared to Homo Sapiens, and scientists determined that we did do some interbreeding with them.
