So I went to the home page of Guild Wars 2 and they had a video up. All I can say is WOW. This game looks awesome.
Did I mention this game looks awesome. I love the part where the warrior is behind the sheild blocking fire that looks soooo freaking awesome.

Yep my anticipation level is way off the charts on this one.
They had me at hiding behind an overturned cart to not be eaten by a dragon. GW2 connects your character with the game world like no game i've ever seen. You feel the consequences from your choices and have to live them. In the PAX demo 4 of us huddled behind a wagon cart as we tried to comprise a plan. Meanwhile the dragon is unleashing hell on everyone. Was very epic. This one is the game i've been waiting years for. Not a very huge fan of #1 but loved the lore and their way of connecting the character to the game. With only the lore surviving from the first one and the entire concept rebuilt I cant wait to see what GW2 brings.
Am I allowed to call shotgun or dibs on beta keys?
Been watching their videos for about the last hour... Yeah that's a keeper.

I think this is the game I'm most excited about. Its about time someone reinvented the MMO genre. If they can deliver what they are promising, this game will be groundbreaking.
If they can deliver half of what they are promising, it'll be groundbreaking and that's one big reason why I can't wait for this game. Most MMO's only deliver a % of what they promise and none of it was ever as promising as what GW2 might give us. Hell I don't know what the heck class I want to play. I'd love to do S/B Warrior from what I've seen, but damn if you can tank as a robot...sheesh...no idea. I'd just love to see "no grinding." I'm not sure how they're going to get away with that, but even if it's grinding that doesn't feel at all like grinding, I'll be pretty damn happy. This is definitely the MMO I'm waiting for.
