Anyone have an estimate on when this game is coming out?
I heard sometime around November, anyone know anything else about the game or where I can find out some info on the game.
Cant wait to play another PvP game with you guys. You really make the game 10 times more fun to play...
Most likely this year, but areananet hasn't said anything yet.
Think thers any chance of it coming out over the summer? Luckily Im still young enough to get off for 3 months over the summer. ahHAhaah
no way it will be this year with alpha still not even set and then there's a 6 month wait till beta. Guessing early next year

I agree, couldn't stand rifts complete lack of PVP.
Would really like some RvR back to be honest- PvE in Rift is fine, but well... it just doesn't give you that satisfaction that PvP will. It's kinda like sex (lol excuse my connection here for a bit) PvE can end out O.K. but kinda bland and boring, but PvP gives you that lively thrill.
Its the unpredictability and non scripted combat that gives that adreanalin rush. I don't know about you guys but pve just doesn't get the blood flowin.
I couldn't afford two monthly subs, but since GW2 is just a one-time cost I'll probably pick it up. The PvP simply can't be as lopsided as warfronts in Rift are (and if the PvE is anything like GW was, it'll rock as well!)
Agree with all of yah. I personally cannot stand PvE....It gets so boring after clearing a dungeon or raid once, you never wanna do it again... Thers no other Mmo's out that im interested in though so i might come back to rift

In an interview I just saw exec producer said close alpha and beta will happen this year. He also said no open testing. Most likely because its a buy once play forever title.
My guess is it's a preorder to get into the later beta stages. Fine with me cause I'm buying the game even if it sucks xD
Prays that fog knows someone that wants to guild invite us to try it out ;) I'm so looking forward to this game.
If Fog can get us Alpha/Beta access I will cry tears of joy for hours and hours.. Till then anyone know any games with decent PvP?

Well, they already had me with the Elementalist and now they have announced the Engineer - the Engineer in WarHammer was one of my favorite classes of any game so far - I loved the grenades and turrets - well guess what - GW2 Engineer has grenades and turrets :)

Im gonna check out Star Wars just so Aife can do some pvp for a bit, the GW2 for a very long time I am hoping. Let's hope it has decent pve and pvp and everyone is happy!
I'll be checking out Star Wars also - just because I am that much of an old geek. I'm just not sure I like they way they are heading with it - will have to wait and see.
I finally got the Fellblade unlocked for GW2! Now I just have to wait for the game to actually come out. What's sad is now that they released the engineer, I'm torn between doing my dual Fellblade wielding Charr warrior or an engi.. Anyone know if there has been word on how many character slots we'll have?
If anything, they'll probably go with what they did before with GW and have 8 character slots with more slots purchasable.
I was actually concerned they would give us less character slots BECAUSE they could charge us for more.
