Just thought I'd drop in some info they announced yesterday that I thought was really interesting and they hadn't gone into too much detail about until now.

First off dungeons - http://www.guildwars2.com/en/the-game/dungeons/into-the-dungeons/

And info on how underwater adventure is going to work - http://www.arena.net/blog/jonathan-sharp-talks-underwater-combat

I've gotta say I really like how they don't have a breath meter, but still explain it away with a breathing device. Not to mention the weapons that are exclusive to underwater combat, like harpoon guns. The drowning state instead of a downed state is also a nice touch.

Yeah, we got treated to some pretty interesting Guild Wars 2 news this weekend. Dungeons look really fun, and the fact that they've made them so everyone leaves a dungeon with an item tailored to their class is such a great improvement over the current MMO-standard of having to cope with random loot drops from bosses. The underwater combat system is a nice innovation too, even though I'm a little torn by the fact that my typical elven archer-type that I play in virtually every game will be forced into using a harpoon gun. It's easy to reconcile that in my mind though since firing a bow underwater pretty much makes no sense. :) GW2 could really end up being a LOT of fun.
