For you Guild Wars vets -- I purchased a "makeover" ticket to use on my original character that I made back when the game first came out (and subsequently didn't do much with him). However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to the guy that they say I need to, at the Temple of Balthazar (or whatever).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as real information on this from ArenaNet is annoyingly non-existent.
Do you have Campaign travel unlocked? You may have to play a campaign until you unlock boat travel, after which you take the boat to the Temple of Balthazar. I haven't found any other way to get there.
I do not. Seems kind of silly that they let you purchase something that you may not even get access to in the game.

If you need a run to Lion's Arch to unlock campaign travel I will gladly do it.
Is that what I have to do? I asked in-game and got sarcastic remarks and when I submitted a ticket, the customer service response was to click the boat on my map. I don't have a boat (fail support). In any case, I may take you up on that next week, Schaab. Thank you.
