If you finish downloading and attempt to login you'll recieve error 9. This doesn't mean you have anything wrong with your account or your client. Error 9 Means that All guild wars 2 servers are down at the moment(normal since the game isnt out yet). Again do not worry, once the BWE 3 comes at july 20th you'll be able to log into the game.
