Any concerns for Server population?

I know there was a reduction in servers to really 'stress test' this weekend. But, does anyone have concerns that the entire guild won't be able to get onto the server? With all the positive exposure the server got since it was announced.. I know a lot of people were saying they were going to roll there. 

Granted it's just BWE3, but the server was one of the low population servers as of yesterday. Currently all the beta servers are considered "high" so there isn't much of a difference. Still, with that being said, it is a concern of mine and it's something we'll have to deal with. Though if I had a choice of a low pop server and no server named after Roar and a high pop server and Sanctum of Rall, I'd pick Sanctum of Rall everytime. No matter what, you should be able to get on a server. During BWE2, when the server was technically full, you could get a transfer during off hours and get in.

EDITED: Didn't read the original post right...it was too early. I'm not worried about high population. It'll even out after a couple months.

Also I might add with the advent of the overflow server system (which was a brilliant idea) it'll help with those peak hours.

Looking at the guild/server list that people are updating, the good news is that as of right now, it doesn't look like there are a ton of guilds coming to Sanctum of Rall. I think we'll see a lot of unguilded individuals and maybe some smaller guilds rolling here because of the publicity, but it looks like the overall population is trying to pool on a handful of specific servers for WvWvW domination. Right now, it seems that the situation is about as good as it can be for us.

Remember that as a family we will grow on our server. It is better to have a home to grow into than get to big for. Also for all the people reading the post going I am not going cause all they do is pvp, I will tell you now that is not correct. As with RIft and Warhammer we will be a casual guild who will participate in all aspects of Guild War 2. We are a faimly of explores, questors, crafters and roleplayers. To accomplish this we need all types of players to call Rall home.

Like any MMO launch the server pops for the first few months will be high (less than that in SWTORs case). It always evens out.

This bw3 was a stability test. They upped the limit to see how their product handles more people. Rumor has it. That they plan to raise it again at launch depending on how it handles this week. Also realize overflow has nothing to do with server population. Overflow is zone by zone. If a zone is full it throws you temporarilly onto another server till your spot is available. I'm not worried about server pop. All of the big war/camelot guilds are going t jad quarry. Those that choose rall, choose it because of its story. Which if you think about it means they have heart. Ill take people with heart over ego anyday.

I was only in overflow for a short time the whole beta weekend. I thought the server pop ulation was perfect. Just enough to make it interesting, but not too many to make it full. Expect queues in the first month perhaps, or overflow, and after that it will calm down and all will be well.

Of course we were all in the same areas of the map working on leveling and exploring but there sure seemed to be a comfie number of folks/characters rolling about on Sanctum of Rall. For me, that is part of the fun, being with all sorts of different folks. I was on at all sorts of times other than traditional "peak" U. S. times and was feeling like there were plenty of folks about to do stuff with in addition to our family. Here's hoping we have an awesome gaming community joining with us on Sanctum of Rall!

I recommend that Mijah needs to go recruit a 100 more au/nz players down at the local cyber cafe and or game shop in malls :P
