The Three orders are Durmand Priory, Vigil, and Order of Whispers. I did not know they had seperate armors. Do they have a quest line as well? Anyway here is a link to the three orders armors. They are viewed on a slyvari female. http://z13.invisionfree.com/GW2MOA/index.php?showtopic=66&st=0
I believe that the character chooses to join one of those three organizations as part of the story.
I, for one, revised my profession/race choices based on looking at the cultural and dungeon armor sets. I don't understand what the Orders are, or how these fit in with the other armor sets you can get. There's a lot of amazing looking sets, some more amazing than others, of course.
Oh boy, after looking at the female light and medium armor sets I think I've decided what my 6th toon will be - Human Necro! Yes, I'm adding ANOTHER toon. *grumble* - altaholic - *grumble*

As long as you don't get the altaholic shakes, you're probably fine Mykhayla. It's when you start getting atly shakes at the 8th alt, you might need to take a new character creation break.
I figure since there's not a huge reliance on gear, GW2 is a very good game for alts. And with the automatic level-limiting, it's easy to play with someone who's lower-level than you, so hey, altaholic binge time!
