I'm guessing I can't join sanctum of rall, suddenly alot of my Real Life friends are joining the game and are joining the Oceanic server. But I would really like to PvE with you guys. You guys seems to be a fun bunch.
Is it possible to join a guild outside of the server [a.k.a. Sanctum of Rall server]?
I would be able to "Guest" to join events and dungeons right?
Yes the guest mechanic allows you to join a different server for PvE only.
There is no mechanic that prevents you from Joining Sanctum of Rall. If you want to play here you can. The oceanic alliances voted on a server for their playerbase, however that does not mean that is an official oceanic server. The Gaiscioch is made up of a ton of Oceanic players and we will have a 24/7 lifestyle on Sanctum of Rall. Regarding being in Gaiscioch on another server, while it is possible I'm going to request that only Sanctum of Rall residents join the family. Guesting is fine and dandy but we have people who want to call Sanctum of Rall their home and the size is limited here so those who are natural to Rall will be served first. Plus I don't want to have people from other servers tainting our reputation and name without recourse. If your going to wear our name I prefer you do it from Sanctum of Rall.
Hmmm, there's 13 more days to figure out what to do. Been reading a lot of stuff in forums saying Oceanic Players will be at a disadvantage if are matched with other "Oceanic's" server in world vs world, plus what time do event starts here?

If you check out this thread- http://www.gaiscioch.com/tavern/guildwars_pvp/post_34201.html . There are plans being made for a regular WvW group during Oceanic peak times, as well as a weekly event. I'm sure this is just the beginning of the awesome stuff our guild members are going to come up with for people of all play times.

We have quite a few that will be playing oceanic timeframe. There are no servers in the oceanic area so any disadvantage you hear doesn't relate to any specific server. I encourage you not to overreact and make a judgement on a beta.
