Unable to request a Saighdear program.

I am two ranks higher than the stated required rank to request a Saighdear program.  The page states that it requires a veteran rank and I am officer rank.  When I click on the link to the form I am directed to a page that reads: You do not yet meet the qualifications to open a Saighdear branch.  Have the requirements been raised since the last time the page was updated or is there a permissions issue with the form being overly restricted or particular to my account?

There is a small amount of interest in Star Citizen, and while we are not quite ready to request a Saighdear chapter, I wanted to see the form and get everything in order in the event that we do have sufficient interest to justify a Saighdear come launch.

From what I can see your Warlord rank also needs to be 5 or more.

Yup, the Warlord Rank requirement is why some games that have had Elders forming a guild, were unable to become "official" subsidiaries of GSCH.  You're still welcome to recruit and discuss with the Family, just won't have the administrative tools and website whatnots, that an official SC would have.
