This is a Public Service Announcement, not a request for assistance.
Yesterday evening, I was disconnected from Raidcall with an error message saying that I had been "logged in from another location" and a suggestion to check my account security. I immediately went to the Raidcall website to change my password, but had some issues with 502 Gateway errors while trying to change it (unsure of the cause). I eventually was able to get the password changed and also changed my security question, but with similar 502 Gateway troubles.
Now, I do use a very secure password design, so I am skeptical that someone was able to hack my password. I would have written it off as a server glitch, especially in light of the problems I had changing my password, but no one else was having similar issues. That set off red flags, so I made sure to get that password and question changed ASAP.
So, I would suggest that everyone change your Raidcall passwords. My personal computer has been thoroughly checked w/ nothing found and is secure, so if my Raidcall account was actually hacked, then they got in via the other side, somehow.
