This past Sunday I completed my first half marathon, running the Rock n Roll Philadelphia Half Marathon together with a friend in about 3 hours. I'm feeling a bit proud of that, and the fact that training for long runs (and Hot Yoga and Weights) has helped me lose 35lb since January. :) I'm actually scheduled for a another half in November, and that may be my last, we'll see. Anyone else a runner or doing well with an exercise/weight loss program? I know we were talking about it a bit in a thread months ago.
