As you walk up to the location you will see an unlit torch stuck in the ground and some squirrels scattered about. Walk near to the torch and it will light up automatically and the squirrels will begin their choreographed dance. You MUST type "/dance" while standing amongst them in order to gain the Achievement and the Title - Dances with Squirrels.
