Crashing about once an hour on GW2

Hello,

Since the last event started I have been having a problem with crashing to my desk top about once a hour or so.  I never use to have this problem and use to be able to do 2-4 hours with no problems other then WvW until I lowered the video settings.  I have lowered all video settings to the lowest levels currently but it doesn't seem to help.  All of my drivers are up to date and I defragged my HD.  I'm also on RC most of the time when it crashes to desk top but I don't know if that is part of the problem or not. 

Does anyone have any ideas on what I should try to do?  It is becoming frustrating to crash so much.

I kept crashing a while back, and had to update my drivers in order to get it to stop. Try making sure you have everything updated. Another thing you can try is going to the tech forum on gw2 located here: https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/tech . Some people also have issues trying to get gw2 and raid call running at the same time on the same comp, I had to run it on my laptop while my game runs on desktop. Also might need to reset you modem/router.... I'm not sure what it is - but almost every time GW2 does an update I need to reset just to keep connected. 

Can you give us some info about your PC build? CPU, GPU, and RAM? That would help out a lot. If you need help finding that info Speccy will tell you all you need to know. Be sure to watch out for Google toolbar during the install though.
