Removed: error?

I usually try to visit/log in this site every day, so I was a little confused when I received a " 7 day in activity notice".. I was actually on the site when this came to my email box.. 20 mins later I receive a "45 day inactivity notice" and was removed from the guild in GW2. Is there something I am doing wrong? I was under the impression I just had to log in to the site every week to keep my membership active? If I have to post participate in more events I can make time for that if needed. Just been going though a introvert phase that should pass soon ;) Any advice is appreciated...Thanks ;)

Logging in is good, but you need to maintain activity as well. (claiming an event, filling a marketplace order, pushing the reinvite button, or clicking the *are you still playing message* on your command console.) :D

There are 2 timers in play.

1. 7-day last login to the website

2. 45-day last gw2 activity on the website.

You can maintain your Guild Wars 2 activity by:

• Claiming Participation
• Leading an event
• Using the Marketplace
• Answering "yes" when the site asks you if your still playing.

Guild Wars 2 does not give us a "Last Login" so we must rely on our own system to determine who is playing and who isn't. With limited space in Guilds we can't just leave inactive players in the family.
