Something Fog said last night about commander tomes and how was nursing funds...got me thinking now that i got a good bit of sleep...
Id gladly donate 5-10 gold toward fund to outfit anyone he are elders feel would make good commanders for pve/wvw events.
I can easy make that back in a afternoon/morning running around gathering ore :).....
Donating Gold Coin is a way to earn contribution currently. Our coffers are quite low and we only have enough to nurse the Influence to keep SORC running those missions. Donations would greatly be appreciated on this front.
I can see this as an option. Perhaps Fog could "interview" prospective commanders, or even a test...
I also would give gold to this cause.

Also if at some point tonight or tomorrow you can throw a SORC invite my way I have a bunch of Influence scrolls or whatever they're called sitting in my bank that I'd gladly use on SORC
