Regarding the recent issues with Raidcall

We would like to sincerely apologize for the recent server issues in RaidCall, mainly on our American side. We are currently investigating the issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. As we approach the holiday seasons, we are getting ready for many events and new updates for our users. Your patience and understanding are expected and appreciated.

Dear faithful RaidCallers,

We are aware that many of your are EXTREMELY frustrated, especially with our recent down times. Do not worry as we are consistently reading all your comments of both criticism and love. We TRULY do appreciate everyone's understanding during this time. As we had stated before we are currently preforming MAJOR server changes and upgrades and it is taking us longer than we had anticipated.

We really do believe in the spirit of our community, and as soon as we surpass this wave in the ocean, we shall celebrate and cherish the awesome RaidCall times again. Of course, we will reward you with lots of epic events in this coming week to celebrate the holidays!

Dear RaidCallers, We are currently still undergoing maintenance on a solution which should resolve our recent server issues. The good news is that we've GREATLY improved our servers, which means that the difficulties many of you have experienced recently will soon be resolved and the network should be running much smoother in the future. However, the Flowers Plug-in, Top-list, Ads System and Recommended Groups are still being upgraded to the new system. We will keep you informed on the status of these upgrades from time to time.
