Ok thought I'd post a little walk-through for the free level quest. But before I do that I wanted to ask if those of you in the Gaiscioch Family would please switch to Gaiscioch na Sigmar when you use the War Tract scroll. We want to try to get this room of the family up to rank 14 so we can lock down 2 entire zones under our banner. The War Tract scrolls when used at rank 39 give the guild around 1.5 to 2.5 million exp. Enough to almost level it a full level with a couple scrolls. So without much Abeu.
1. Go to the Empire Chapter 4 PvE Town (In Norsica) and speak to the Rally Master
2. Earn 2 Levels of Chapter 4 Influence (Easy PQ at top of the map, do it twice solo for 2 levels of influence)
3. Return to the Chapter 4 PvE Town's Rally Master and select both Influence Rewards.
4. Rally Master will now offer you a Quest.
5. Take the Quest which sends you to talk to the King in Altdorf.
6. The King will give you a War Tract scroll which you can use for a Free Level. Be sure to use it at Rank 39 for maximum benefit.
