Gaiscioch na anu used to be our entry room, with Gaiscioch and Gaiscioch na nuada being, respectively, casual and hardcore gamers.
Na Sigmar was created to honour all the people that joined the family on Warhammer, being another entry room.
In practice, the difference is a matter of semantics as we always intermingle and play together. As Ben put once, it was a matter of wanting a green (Gaiscioch, Na Anu) or Black (Na Nuada) cloak ;)
As of now, we have only two guilds (correct me if i'm wrong, gents). Gaiscioch became our entry level room and Na Nuada became the ranked members room (lorgair and up, if i'm not mistaken)
And yes, there are some gameplay differences, but they are shown only on the guild banners bonus. And the green and black cloaks. ;)
Think of the Gaiscioch guilds as rooms on the alliance, just like the other guilds, like Armyn Ab Treanid.
Regardless of the guild you're at, we always do things as one family.
Oh, and before i forget, Céad MÃle Fáilte :)
Ah yes... You might want to add the other tuatha mods, with exception of State of Realm that was made useless with 1.4
Unbearable allows you to set yourself as standard bearer for your guild.

If you plan on leading warbands, once you get done with the first stage of the leadership training, you'll get access to the Tuatha mod, that is one hell of a help when trying to herd the pugs.
LetMeSpeak (i think) allows you to set yourself as realm captain for your guild, in order to chat on /t4. Handy to send orders in T4, so the pugs can ignore it lol ;)
