Watched the 30 min video for Q&A and here are my highlights The new RVR time frame is definately before 2012. They might have it this year but no commitments on the time frame of release. The new RVR are going to be purchased packages. Not sure if that is a 1 time purchase or monthly. (they did not elaborate) There will be 3 packages and they are Power, Progression and Personality. They will be doing away with VP and Dom Locks. They are looking at other ways to keep people busy. Not sure what that means in zone progression. The Wild Hunt pve in the RVR zone will reappear. They are quick 1/2 hour pve's and not the hours of time you find in LV or TOVL. They like the Wild Hunt. They are going to add a feature to allow users to right Click on a Gold spammer to ignore for the rest of the play session. This ignore will also be sent to them to evaluate. They are looking at new Seige Engines. The kind that if you see them you put your energy to kill them right away. Dont know why these are important because getting into a keep is not that big of a problem. They new Renown 80-100 will have new armor sets. They did not go into specifics on a new tier or how lvl 40/40 would relate to a lvl 40/100. SC's of 6v6 will be release soon. It sounded like it would be within a months time. The video also had discussion on hackers and that they do have people whose sole job is to fight them. They talked about server merges and that there are none planned except in Russia where they have multiple servers and they will to to 1 server. They are still working through the logistics of character transfers and name change. To me those where the highlights.

80 -100 to have new armor sets lol been mentioning that they were going to raise the cap for months now nice to hear i was right -) as to the new armor sets ill probly get to rr 100 and still wont have my full sovern gear so wont bother worring about any new gear lol

Interesting.. no VP or Dom locks.. hmmm SC's of 6v6 .... this almost stinks of arena. and Ltol - get back ingame! But I do agree, sov-what? It was like "why are we pushing IC? All this 25man gear will be useless in 6 months *shrug* With this incomming, I would hope the other two main cities would be finished. When we were in KV this week, it made me want to see the dwarf capitol completed. Honestly, Cataclysm is almost here, and worgen are fun, the goblins annoy me to NO end.. hate they forced them onto horde. Had they not blown up basically the known world, I wouldn't bother pushing to 85. As far as Mythic is concerned.. they will need to strategicly do something. Evolve or die.

New seige engines [grin] I hope they pick up some of the things that already worked so well in DAoC. Instead of pads on the ground that say "put seige here", you build your ram someplace away from the keep (away from the oil) and push it to the gate. If you get tired of beating on the gate, you can set up a trebuchet, and attack the walls (eventually knocking holes in them that you can scramble through).
