Left the guild

I want to thank you for the opportunity to play with you all, but I have realized that I play with more people outside the alliance than I do that are in the alliance. I know that I am new and need to make a name for myself before people will play with me or let me join their groups. I just don't have the time for that. I went to play with some people from my old alliance who made a guild here and they made an alliance with an order guild we used to play against. I hope that you allow me to keep playing with you all.

I'm going to take a crack at what was upsetting you (heard somethings through the grapevine). I'm not trying to convince you to come back; that's completely your decision. Just want you to get a good idea of how somethings work for better or worse. We're a rvr focused alliance/guild. Most of the stuff we do is rvr based. That being said, a few of us do try to do some pve dungeon runs to get geared, but these are fairly hard to get started. The ones that are consistently ran are ran by a solid, persistent group of 5 or 6. I myself, rr 77 wp, have a hard time finding TOVL runs. In the end, I'll probably have to start my own. As hard one can try, LV and TOVL runs are EXTREMELY hard to set up and running within a couple hours. It's almost unheard of. The closest I've seen someone come is a pug leader asking in Altdorf general chat (/1) for players to join him. Even if he/she is successful, the run will be extremely difficult and hard due to the fact it's a bunch of pugs. In general an alliance LV/TOVL decent group takes a week of planning (contacting players, setting up a time, scheduling, etc). A VERY good group takes probably a month (to recruit high rr players from other alliances that are looking for tovl, making sure everyone has the right gear/mindset, vent information, etc). The above is true for ANY guild/alliance, though I'm sure the pve based guilds might do these a little more often. If the above wasn't your concern, sorry for butting in. I just liked you and will miss your heals in our rvr wb's. No matter what, you will always be welcome back if you decide to do so. Good luck to you wherever you find yourself.

The PvE aspect I understand being hard to get groups going. I have played the game for about two years now and it is always hard to get groups going. I just don't have the time to tyr and get a group going a week in advance because my play time will be limited. As for leaving because of that, it was not a major issue. I just happen to run around a lot with my old friends. Even if it is me and one of them running around in a zone looking for people to kill. I really would like to get them into the Tuatha Extended family and hope that it would be possable. I think what the guild has done for the badlands server is wonderful. Wish something like this was set up on Iron Rock when I played there. I just feel comfortable playing with them. I like playing with you guys and enjoy it. It is nice to have such diferent oppinions and insight into the game. It is also nice to not have to lead. You probably notice that I don't talk much. For too long I was one of the only ones in my alliance that ran wb's in orvr, made pushes and communicated with other alliances and guilds to push the city and run city warbands. It has been refreshing playing with you all and hopefully it will continue. If you ever need a healer just ask, it's what I do best.

Oh, and another commment about the PvE. As a healer, my better healing sets come from LV and VL. It sucks that I have to do PvE to get that gear. The Conq and Invader sets are set up for dps, and I just love to heal to much to go dps. I would much rather PvP and kill people and run and jump all over their dead bodies than sit in a dungeon for 2 to 6 hours.

It is certain possibly to get them into the Tuatha. Get in contact with Daghdre and he can add them in.

I actually used the pvp sets (also dps for WP's) for my healing sets b/c I tried to stay far, far away from PVE dungeons.

Sorry to see you go but don't feel like a stranger. Be sure to let us know your new guild and if they would like to be part of the Tuatha just let me know. Once family always family. I wish you luck on your future endeavorer and you will always have a home with us.
